Instructions

Installation:

After purchasing AutoLink for Magento you will be emailed a license key to the email address you prodived. Upon receiving this license key you will need to install CEM (Commercial Extension Manager) if you have not already done so. CEM can be found here. Installation instructions for CEM can be found here.
After installing CEM navigate to 'System->Magento Connect->Commercial Extension Manager' in your stores admin. Click on the 'Install Extension' button to proceed with your installation. Fill in the details that were provided in the email you received, then click 'Install' in the top right corner.

After the installation is complete you will need to assign some keywords to your products. This can be done through the individual product pages in your admin. If you like, you can also automatically populate the keyword fields with the products name.
Navigate to ‘System->Configuration->JMJ Development->AutoLink’ and change ‘Use Product Name As Default Keyword’ to ‘Yes’ then save your changes.
Once you have some keywords attached to your product you can run the batch process. Simply click ‘Batch Process’. It couldn’t be easier.
Sit back and relax while all your keywords are transformed into links.

Frequently Asked Questions

Qestion: "I have not received the email with my License Key. Can you send it again?" 
Answer: "Yes, we certainly can send it again. Please be sure to check your spam/junk email folder as it may have made its way in there."

Question: "I receive an 'Access denied' message when I click on ‘AutoLink’ in the ‘System->Configuration'."
Answer: "Log out of your Magento Admin and then log back in again and you should no longer see this message." 

Important Information

AutoLink works by altering your database. Due to this fact, if there is content on your site that does not follow the Magento standard and is hard coded, your hard coded text will still have to be changed manually.It is also recommended that you perform a backup of your database before you install this extension.
